Founded in 2020 by Mr. Ulrick Joseph and Mr. Anthony Marano, 2A Mechanical provides quality Mechanical Systems Installation Innovatively and in collaboration with Architects, Engineers, Construction Managers and Developers. Mr. Anthony Marano is responsible for estimating, procurement and field operations, and Mr. Ulrick Joseph is responsible for business development, client relations and certification compliance.
During the course of business 2A Mechanical has performed projects for Private, Local and State Clients. Some of our clients include University Place Associates, T.N. Ward, Iron Stone Real Estate Partners, The School District of Philadelphia, The City of Philadelphia, and The Department of General Services.
3.0 University Place is a 250,000+ sq. ft. Class A, commercial lab and office building.
2A Mechanical furnished and installed missing supply and return ERU ductwork from the existing sheet metal risers to the existing duct drops below the roof. Installed gas piping serving the ERU's and tested units upon completion.
Kingsessing Recreation Center is the revitalization of a 9.2-acre public park and 32,000 SF recreation center for Rebuild PHL, a historic investment in Philadelphia communities.
2A Mechanical installed new insulation for valves and fittings, provided decentralized local control upgrades, new high efficiency LED lighting, heating system improvements, decentralized local control upgrades, HVAC improvements and new windows.
This 43,345 SF fit-out of the 4th floor within the five-story historic 4601 Market Street building houses the new K-4 elementary charter school.
Conversion of an existing 67,000SF supermarket into a Charter High School.
